Home Grown Lemons
There are two things I love about this oil painting — the plump lemons (from my tree) and the lovely flower design of the ceramic bowl. I knew when I purchased the bowl, from a local fundraiser, that someday I’d put a few lemons in it, with some leaves, and create a still life to paint from. It took me a while, but, here it is. And, I love so much that I’m inspired to create a digital pattern collection from it. So stand by. One form of art inspiring another form of art is a gift of creativity. And, I am thankful for it.
