If You Have a Problem

We are sorry that you’re having a problem with your order from the Everyday Beautiful Boutique.

Because each item ordered is custom made — made just for you — only orders that arrive damaged or defective (manufacturing error) can be replaced.

And because all products are custom made, returns and exchanges are not available if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind.

If an item you ordered is damaged or defective, please contact us using the button below and within 7 days of the delivery of your product(s).

In the email, please include:

  • State in the subject line “Problem with Order,”

  • Your order number,

  • A description of what the problem is,

  • The date of product delivery, and

  • Several photos of the defective item(s).

We’ll take it from there!
